7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
7.2 We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms and conditions or fail to pay our fees.
7.3 Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Amendments
